Photo Galleries

Space isn’t such a big issue with WI digital, so you will find several galleries containing photos we can’t fit in the printed magazine.

Have subscribed for the year but have no option to download December issue. Have you forgotten me or have I c*cked up?

    • Mark From WI Mark From WI says:

Hi Robert, are you using an ipad or an android device?

If you are on an iPad if you tap on the gear in the top right and then ‘missing issue?’ this should make the issue available to download. If you are an android if you turn the tablet off and back on this should fully close the app and make the issue available when it is next opened.

      Hope this helps,
      WI

  • Gary States says:

I purchased the Napoleonic articles when WI became digital sometime ago. With your updates now make multiple volumes, my purchases have vanished. How can I access them again? I should not have to pay again because WI decided to change how the articles are arranged.

    • Mark From WI Mark From WI says:

      Hi Gary,
If you tap on the ‘Missing issues’ icon this will give you access to all the issues you own. More information on this can be found under the FAQ section.

  • Peter Hockaday says:

I have just purchased a year’s subscription to WI Digital after my paper subscription expired with the October issue. I was surprised to see that the first download offered to me is the October issue, whiich of course I already have in paper format! I expected my subscription would start with the November issue as it is due out any day now. Is there any way to fix this?

    Regards

    • Mark From WI Mark From WI says:

      Hi Peter,

Sadly as all payments are made through your preferred app store we have no control over payments or subscriptions. When you start your subscription your first issue will be the current latest issue available.
